Intro
Assessing the Outdoor Potential
The project was commissioned by Cinta Brian, well known Indonesian actor known for his roles in TV series and films. The name Ayu Villas is a personal tribute dedicated to his mother.
The design focuses on creating unity between the villas while allowing each one to feel private and unique. A continuous line of greenery across the upper floors connects the units visually, while soft curves and subtle detailing soften the overall form and avoid a rigid or repetitive look.
The exterior uses a clean white palette, but with varied materials and textures on each side to keep the architecture interesting from every angle. And the interiors carry a Japandi identity, elevated with modern tropical cues and personal warmth. Warm woods, simple forms, and earthy tones are paired with large openings that embrace natural light and the surrounding landscape.
